INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

As Radore Veri Merkezi Hizmetleri A.Ş., within the scope of establishing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure information security with regard to people, infrastructure, software, hardware, corporate information, information belonging to third parties, and financial resources in the IT activities carried out for our server hosting, server rental, cabinet rental, cage rental, shared web hosting, virtual server rental, internet access, software development, software license rental, cloud, sales, technical support, and consultancy services;

• To establish principles governing Radore's own corporate operations in order to ensure the continuity of the services provided while safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• To identify and assess the risks to information assets and processes, and to take the necessary measures.
• To establish a risk management methodology that includes identifying risks according to the Information Security Management System and taking control measures regarding those risks for our company, our customers, and our suppliers.
• To continuously monitor risks by reviewing technological expectations within the scope of the services provided.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve our service quality within the scope of our information technology activities.
• To provide the necessary resources for hardware, software, training, and other controls to reduce information security and personal data privacy risks, and to ensure their continuity.
• To apply the sanctions deemed necessary in the event of a breach of information security and confidentiality.
• To protect the confidentiality of our customers' information, to comply with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and with the national, international, or sectoral regulations we are subject to, to fulfill legal and related regulatory requirements, to meet our obligations arising from agreements, and to meet the information security requirements arising from our corporate responsibilities toward internal and external stakeholders.
• To raise awareness and provide training and incentives so that all personnel and customers participate in and comply with the ISMS in the processes of ensuring information security and the confidentiality of personal data.
• To check the efficiency of the ISMS through internal and external audits, to monitor and review it, to keep the system continuously compliant, and to continuously improve it.

Radore adopts and commits to these principles as its Information Security Policy.

This document has been prepared to establish the quality policy and ensure its applicability.

This policy is under the responsibility of top management and the management representative. Keeping the document up to date and ensuring its publication are the responsibility of the management representative.

The organization's vision, core purpose, core values, principles, and strategic objectives have been set by top management, which has committed, in carrying out its activities, to comply with the applicable legal regulations, standards, and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and to continuously develop and improve the Quality Management System.
