General Features

Radore provides customers, who want to host their projects on a private, unshared server, with the latest technology physical servers, which can be configured and have unshared and unlimited Internet access (100 Mbit/s). All servers are under warranty against all sorts of hardware problems and guaranteed hardware replacement is provided within 4 hours during working hours and within 8 hours out of working hours.

All dedicated servers have have unshared and unlimited Internet access (100 Mbit/s).

Fast Setup and Delivery

Within four hours after the renting procedures, the servers are set up with IDRAC access and delivered to the customer.

Warranted Servers

All servers are under warranty against all sorts of hardware problems and guaranteed hardware replacement is provided within 4 hours during working hours and within 8 hours out of working hours.

Continuous and Redundant Energy Support

All physical server racks are fed by redundant energy sources and all servers that support redundant energy sources possess the infrastructure for energy backup.

Installation

Placing the hardware into the racks

Defining rented IP addresses to switches and routers

IDRAC server management interface installation, user definition with operator authority

Installation of operation systems and software defined in the configuration pages, and monthly reinstallation

Except for operation systems defined in SPLA and on jetdestek.radore.com, in case the downloadable content of the operation system to be installed is provided by the customer, printing of the related image onto CD and connection to the server through a CD-ROM

DNS and Monitoring

Traffic/Bandwidth monitoring over cacti panel

Creation and editing of DNS on the premium DNS structure

Execution of RDNS (Reverse DNS) processes

Support

Detection and solution of hardware problems in rented servers, guaranteed hardware replacement within 4 hours during working hours and within 8 hours out of working hours

Detection and solution of Radore-caused server access and performance problems

Detection and solution of Radore-caused network problems (speed problems, package data losses, IP and gateway control)

In line with information technology rules, Radore does not keep username/password information of servers and services that are not included in managed services. Radore is not responsible for any operation system and software caused flaws that may occur after server installation.

How can I find out about the specifications of my server?

You can view your server’s specifications at Radore ID, following the steps “Homepage > My Accounts > Account Details” .

Do you provide backup services?

Backup is provided as an additional service.

How can I view my server’s traffic/bandwidth reports?

After logging in to Radore ID with your customer number and password, you can access your “Account Details” from the “My Accounts” menu. You can view your traffic/bandwidth reports by clicking “Traffic Reports” on this screen.
